Our Scott Elementary family could not be more proud to recognize the efforts of Mrs. Johnna Mossor, Supervisory Aide at SES. During lunch on December 15, a student began choking on a piece of food. Students nearby immediately notified Mrs. Mossor, and she performed the Heimlich Maneuver to help the student. The student was immediately able to breathe again and sustained no injuries whatsoever, thanks to the efforts of Mrs. Mossor. Today, the father of the student, David Knapp, Command Sr. Chief - Sector Upper Mississippi River of the United States Coast Guard, paid a visit to SES to personally thank Mrs. Mossor and presented her with the Chief’s Coin from the U.S. Coast Guard. To say that it was an emotional moment would be an understatement. We are so proud of Mrs. Mossor and thankful that she is a part of our SES family! #19EveryStudent

Soon students will come home with an Impact Aid survey. Please complete the form and return it if you haven't completed it electronically. Families with more than one student only need to complete one paper form and turn in to one school. All families need to complete this.
